Don’t come under any pressure:

Do not forget that estate agents are also working with the seller/vendor, so it is in their high interest to sell you a property at the highest rates possible. Therefore, there are high chances that they might pressure you into buying a property by saying that you should buy the property as soon as possible before someone else buys it. Hence, what you should do is take your time, consider all the pros and cons of the property, and then take a final decision.
